Reserve Glass Co. is operated by Parker Reeves Pty Ltd, ABN 86 152 032 632, Australia. We use the Australian Privacy Principles as our guide.

When you contact us

We may collect your name, business, contact details and bottle-project information to answer your enquiry, prepare a comparison and manage a supply relationship. Share only what is useful for that purpose. Avoid sensitive personal information in an initial brief.

The brief on this website

The brief editor works in your browser. We do not receive or store its contents through the website. Copying it puts the text on your device’s clipboard. Choosing text or email opens a draft in your own app; you review and send it there. Those apps and their providers have their own privacy practices.

Who may receive information

Our hosting, communication and email providers may handle information needed to provide their services. To develop your brief or fulfil an order, we may share necessary details with factories, inspectors, freight providers and your nominated bottler. We limit the information to what is needed for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas processing

Our sourcing work involves China, where relevant project and delivery information may be shared with specialist factories and service partners. Hosting, email and communication providers may also process data overseas. We do not represent that all information stays in Australia.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and limit access to those who need it. We retain it for the business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.

Website visits

We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Fonts and images are served with the site. Our hosting provider may process routine connection and security logs, such as IP address, request time and browser information. Downloading the planning guide does not require an email address.

Access, correction or a concern

We may need to verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable time. Where applicable, unresolved concerns can be raised with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
