Boxes & packaging

The bottle.
The box. The whole pack.

Bring packaging into the brief from the start. We can explore boxes, protective packing and branded presentation around your bottle, closure and delivery needs.

Illustrative concept of bottle packing and protective dividers.

Made to work together

Give the bottle
the right box.

From a protective outer carton to a gift box on the shelf, the pack needs to fit the finished bottle and the way it will travel.

Tell us whether you need empty bottles packed for a bottler, filled bottles prepared for distribution, or a branded retail presentation. We will work through the brief and suitable supplier options with you.

Materials, fit, print, quantities and availability are confirmed for each project before an order. We do not treat a box style or photograph as an approved specification.

What to include in the brief

Protection, presentation and a practical pack.

01 / Outer cartons

Boxes for the journey

Explore corrugated cartons for bottle transit or filled-product distribution. Agree bottle count, board specification, overall dimensions and handling requirements.

02 / Dividers & inserts

Keep each bottle in place

Compare partitions, pads and shaped inserts around the bottle and closure. Samples need to check fit, separation and the protection needed for the intended journey.

03 / Gift & retail boxes

Carry the presentation through

Explore single-bottle boxes, multi-bottle packs and gift sets, with suitable internal support. Styles, finishes and materials depend on the supplier assessment.

04 / Pack configuration

Make it work at the packing bench

Agree bottles per box, assembly, packing method and pallet arrangement. Confirm whether boxes arrive flat or assembled, and who packs the empty or filled bottles.

05 / Design & branding

Make room for your brand

Include the artwork, print colours, finish and required label or barcode space. Confirm the dieline, artwork ownership and print proof before approval.

06 / Existing packaging

Bring the box you use now

A sample, drawing or photos can start an equivalent-pack discussion. A useful comparison includes the board, print, insert, quantity and delivery basis.

From brief to an agreed pack

Check the pack
before committing.

Bottles, closures, boxes and inserts need to fit together. The written quote records what is included.

Share the bottle and the job

Send bottle and closure dimensions, filled weight, photos or a sample, bottles per pack, quantities, destination and when you need the packaging.

Confirm the supplier option

We confirm the proposed materials, dimensions, print, pack configuration, sample requirements and delivered scope for your project.

Check samples and proofs

Approve a physical fit sample and the agreed artwork or print proof. Match any handling or transit checks to the empty or filled pack and the intended distribution route.

Agree packing and delivery

Record who assembles and packs, the agreed inspection checks, delivery destination and arrival checks before the order proceeds.

Start with what you have

A bottle photo.
A box sample. An idea.

You do not need a finished design to begin. Tell us what the packaging must protect, how you want it to look and where it needs to go.

Packaging has its own specification and assessment. Any quote or timing is confirmed for the project.
